Alexander William Prins
I started learning the art of photography at age 12 when my grandfather gave me his old Nikkormat SLR. Learning the basics of exposure, lighting and composition from my grandpa I was quickly hooked. My first photography class was black and white darkroom photography in High School. By my senior year I was enrolled in advanced placement art photography as well as being an assistant for beginner photography. After graduation from Malibu High School in 2006, I was accepted into California State University Northridge to study film and cinema. I continued studying photography, taking classes in advanced darkroom photography both B&W and color.
I am currently living in Ventura, pursuing outdoor adventure lifestyle photography combining my two biggest passions in life. Adventure and Photography.
